3.3 a6star is required under its international gaming authority licensing framework to carry out Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

4.3 All activities conducted through your a6star account are deemed to have been conducted by you and are your sole responsibility, unless you have notified a6star of a security breach prior to those activities occurring.
5.1 All deposits to your a6star account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. a6star does not accept deposits from third parties.
5.2 The minimum deposit is RM 30. a6star reserves the right to impose transaction limits, which will be communicated on the platform's deposit page.
5.3 Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
5.4 a6star does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which a6star accepts no responsibility.
5.5 a6star reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds in compliance with AML obligations. Where such evidence is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, a6star may withhold or return the deposit.
6.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that: (a) are registered in your own name; and (b) match the payment method used to fund the account where reasonably practicable. This anti-money laundering requirement is non-negotiable.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. a6star does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are typically within minutes to one (1) hour for verified accounts, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedules.
6.3 a6star reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence, including requesting documentary evidence, before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or AML review.
6.4 Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.1 a6star may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum bonus conversion limits. 11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a6star platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a6star's liability to any Member in connection with the a6star platform is limited to the amount of deposits held by a6star on the Member's behalf at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.2 a6star shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit a6star's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by a6star's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14.1 a6star reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent notice on the platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
14.2 The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed activity shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which a6star holds its international gaming authority licence.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.
